Park Avenue, the new addition to Grand Central Park in BGC

Federal Land will soon launch its newest condominium development in Grand Central Park – Park Avenue. The 36-storey development will be the fourth tower to complete the mixed-use Central Park West, Madison Park West and Time Square West cluster. This is the 8th tower to rise in Grand Central Park development located in North Bonifacio Global City, including the iconic Metrobank Tower.

The new tower will offer 427 units ranging from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom. Details of the pricing is not available yet, but it will be in P210K/sqm range. For details and more information, please fill the contact form or call/text me.
